Medical Expert Witness Directory provides a professional directory and informational platform for locating and researching medical and healthcare professionals who may offer expert-witness, consulting, independent medical examination, record-review, or related professional services. Use of this site does not create an attorney-client, physician-patient, consultant-client, employment, agency, partnership, or referral relationship with the directory.
You may use the directory for legitimate professional research and evaluation. You may not scrape, harvest, copy, republish, resell, systematically download, or use directory information for unauthorized bulk marketing, solicitation, spam, data-broker activity, or competing directory creation. Automated access that materially burdens the service or circumvents access controls is prohibited.

Listing & Verification Disclosure
Information in an individual listing may be supplied by the listed professional, an authorized representative, the directory's administrative team, or another identified source. Unless a field or badge specifically states otherwise, the directory does not represent that every statement, credential, license, board certification, publication, case-history statement, fee, availability statement, photograph, or other profile detail has been independently verified.
A listing's presence on the site is not an endorsement. Unclaimed, claimed, verified, and featured statuses have different meanings. Claiming a profile establishes account control after the applicable claim process; it does not by itself constitute credential verification. Featured placement may be promotional or paid placement and should not be interpreted as a ranking of professional competence.
Privacy Policy
We may collect account information, professional profile information, inquiry information, payment and transaction references, campaign attribution, device/browser information, and site-usage data needed to operate, secure, improve, and administer the directory. Payment-card or PayPal account credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored as raw payment credentials by the directory.
We may use information to provide accounts and listings, respond to inquiries, process payments, prevent abuse, administer reviews and claims, send service communications, measure campaigns, and—where permitted—send marketing communications. Review Policy

Approval of a review does not mean the directory independently verified every factual assertion in it. Paid placement does not mean the directory has determined that an advertiser or professional is more qualified than another professional.
